My virus ware has it quarentined (sp) and i'm not sure if it is safe to delete it or not. Thanks in advance :)

my virus ware says "trend micro recommends deleting this file" infected; unable to clean. I'm just afraid to delete it because i dont know if i need it or my computer to work.

the name of the file is: mljgeed.dll, sorry.

That is a malware file, it is NOT PART of WINDOWS and is indeed a threat...

TRUST YOUR ANTIVIRUS and let it delete the thing... that is what your paying them to do isn't it!

The fact that you didn't find it in Google should tell you its not part of Windows! It is under Google with your corrected spelling and it is malware so let Trend delete it.

dll files are very important for the proper running of ur system
deleting it will cause programs not to work, computer crashing, computer freezing and plenty of thing u don't want happening
btw dll stands for dynamic links library
so do not delete it unless ur anti virus recommends u do

If your antivirus flagged it, it would be in your best interest to delete it.
It is most likely a file in a program, but it could be a potential threat
