in normal youth is rare to find but if it is there . youth will not be having creativity, zest . quickwitted, Introvert, shyness, aloofness.
sometimes mean and selfish... pervert abusive daydreamer

Infants have died from lack of contact. I imagine it would be a negative influence in anyone's life, unless they do not want physical contact.
