G) Sheffield has once again proven what a self-centered, obnoxious jagoff he is. He is one of those blockhead to whom everything is always about race...you know, he could have signed a bigger contract if he'd been white...he got benched because he is black, not because he was 0-for-his-last-36, if he were white, nobody would mention his name in connection with steroids...blah, blah, blah.... I wish I had a buck for everytime he's opened his mouth and had something stupid come out of it.
A question comes to mind....why has there been no uproar over Sheffield saying that the way Torre treats Derek Jeter doesn't count because Jeter, being bi-racial "isn't black enough." This isn't the first bigotted thing Sheffield has said, yet he always seems to get a free pass....why could that be?

D is the choice. But shef is just plain bitter about how the white man treat the blacks peoples in history. You know this is the 21st century people live with each others no slavery here in modern day.

He is a LIAR!! If he felt this way then why was he trying to get in touch with George Steinbrenner?He was so Angry when the yankees traded him! So angry he tried calling Steinbrenner several times,Steinbrenner's rep's told Shef he left town on vacation! He even went crying to his Uncle Dwight Gooden asking him for help! Shef was traded because he's a cancer,he starts trouble and he's a big cry baby when things don't go his way!!Oh yes,another thing,when he came to our club,he said he would win us another world series! (yea right) he chokes in the playoffs!!

I've never played for Joe Torre, I don't know how he treats his players when the cameras are off. Unless you've played for Joe Torre or know him personally you realy don't know. I don't think Joe Torre is racist but i would never know.
