I don't know you. But if you think or are online more than offline, you should find some other things to do besides running errands. I only get online whenever i'm sitting at the house and someone is here watching something I don't like or intrested in. I try to balance it out. But i'm the type of person that once i'm doing something for so long I get tired and bored of it. And you MUST think about your hands. Don't your hands hurt from being online?? Mine cramp up...so I try to stay off of it more than i'm on it.
That's just me though. I'm not being rude or mean just to let you know.

If you unplug yourself and go do the thing that need to get done, you won’t be sitting there thinking I should go and you will feel good that your errands are done. If you are finding it hard to get other things done, use this program as a reward. You have to use self-control though and say, okay I have things I need to do and only once I’m done can I go on the computer. When you get back we will still be here waiting for your answers, so go get some fresh air, enjoy your day! =)

Think of how much you could be improving your mind, in the time you sit here at Yahoo! Answers. If you completely blocked it out of your life, and used that time to learn a foreign language, wouldn't you be happier, and feel that you had really achieved something? Read a book! Walk a dog! Paint a room! Write a poem! Start a garden, or if you have one, weed it! Don't squander time......

I hope you are gone already but set your timer to go off in 5 minutes and just get up and go when it goes off. Hopefully u are dressed and have your list of things to do ready and can just take off. Your friends will still be around when you get back. Go have some fun OFFLINE!
