for some reaons when i exercise, like running or walking fast i get a cramp on the side of stomach and it hurts like hell. why ?? i normally eat before i got to the gym . is that why ??

Cramps come from now not consuming adequate water, or consuming an excessive amount of water. Every half-hour you must be consuming a Half a cup of water. If you drink a cup each hour, you then drank an excessive amount of too quick. When you've a cramp for your facet for illustration, (This occurs plenty while I run) Push on it lightly, and breath slowly, along with your mouth in an "O" form. This turns out to paintings after approximately two or three mins. Good success!

If you eat less than 2 hours before you go to the gym, that is definitely why you are cramping. You also probably are not hydrating yourself adequately, the body needs 2 liters a day for optimum efficiency. So drink a sports drink before you go to the gym, and eat after you exercise.

yeah. that happens a lot to me. you might want to try to eat after you hit the gym. *a healthy salad and maybe some chicken breast*. some people just have the cramp when they haven't been excersizing much....

drink water. Small sips, not gulps. And the rule of thumb is to avoid strenuous activity until 30 minutes after you eat.
