It is suppose to be mixed with other hair lightening product that I do not have/nor do they sell it where I,am at. IF this is H.P then I should be able to use it without other product.Just with a little daker shade of hair lightening.Maybe more Red if used on brown hair..Correct? Thank You in advance.

Yeah, it is hydrogen peroxide, but if you put that on your hair without a toner (which is probably what the other product is), your hair is going to turn a horrid copper color and is not going to be consistent with the color and shades.

Essentially yes, although slightly stronger than the standard first aid Peroxide everyone is familiar with. The second product is probably a buffering/ binding agent designed to prevent damage to the hair shaft.

Yep. H2O2 is just plain ol' hydrogen peroxide.
