I'm sorry; I don't really like any of them. I love the moon but I don't see a name in your list I would choose. I don't think the word fits in well with a name.
To actually answer the question I will choose out of what I don't like for you.
I would pick the first if it were pronounced like monet's name but moon-et instead. Even that I'm not fond of but it is your child so choose what you like most. Take your time and explore every option though b/c since your asking us you aren't sure about it and if you should keep looking in case you find one that screams the right name for your child. :}

How about a name that references the moon without being... madeup sounding: Selena, Artemis, Luna, Phoebe, Nanna, Mani, Isil, etc.

The name Mooney is common in our area for a surname, not for a first name.
