| b + c | = |- 6 - 3 | = | - 9 | = 9
b + c = - 9
|a - b| = |- 9 + 6| = | - 3 | = 3
b + c = - 6 - 3 = - 9
Let A = given expression.
A = [ 9 - (- 9) ] / (- 3)
A = 18 / (- 3)
A = - 6
