All depends on who's sitting in that jury box. I would say u have a good chance, just make sure u gather all the info u can not only about the false assaults but also proof that she is a known liar. Get a really good attorney not only for this case, but also for ur divorce!!!

1st... having receipts for phone cards does NOT prove that she's the one that received them OR used them. 2nd... just because there's evidence that shows she may have made a few calls here and there does NOT mean she had free and total access to use the phone at her descretion or when she chose to do so. Maybe the husband just made sure he was there before she was allowed to make the calls. 3rd... Having a job, and quitting after 2 days would just show that she was harassed about working so much that she quit to get him off her back. Plain and simple.... been there, done that. 4th... Taking her to get her permit or giving her lessons is NOT taking her for a driving test, or making sure she had free access to a vehicle.... not even close. 5th... Going to work is NOT considered time alone. It's work... and it was TWO days.... and traveling to her home country to be with family... is like having a built in babysitter for her. Any woman thats ever been in the controlling relationship or marriage,... knows the little tricks. So do lawyers and judges. I doubt she lied about any of it... and therefore... no, I highly doubt her allegations of rape would be proven false because of them.

I'm not sure what a jury would think, because of the process they have to go through to determine guilty or not guilty...but my opinion is, she knows the truth and needs to tell the truth!!

I suppose it depends on the kind of jury. Sounds like a dumb defense though. Why not just divorce and take all his stuff if she hates him?

Who knows? Looks at all the evidence against O.J.! Remember not guilty is NOT the same thing as innocent.

I think if she didnt have a good case and was lying for revenge, she should be charged or sued for damaging his name. cause i think the case doesnt disappear off this guys firecord.

With no visible marks and no pics and no prior record on your part, they would throw it out, I would think.

the law always take the side of the first reporter even though if you are innocent you have to pay the price.
