I'm an Indonesian boy who is in a hurry. Please tell me your opinion why Eastern ghosts usually have damaged faces, ugly appearances while Western vampires are handsome?

I don't think that's true. The faces of Eastern ghosts just resemble the masks they used to use in combat. And, Vampires originated in Transylvania because of Vlad the Impaler. That's not really "Western". Whether or not people think they're "handsome" is a matter of opinion. In movies and books the media tends to show vampires in a sensual way. That may be where you get the idea that they are portrayed as "handsome".

At least in Japan, ghosts are believed to be souls that failed to reach the final resting place for one reason or another. It is belived, because they are searching for so long, their "attire" become tired and worn out. Also, ones that failed to reach the final resting place has done some BAD deed while they are alive. Which is reflected in their face after dealth.

I think you need to check into that a little more. When the vampire shows it's true form, they are hideous, almost demon like, looking creatures.

I don't know your source of information but this is nonsense. Ghosts are the passed spirit of once-functioning human beings. They are stuck in their condition by a lack of awareness of the future life (spirit).
