Both of them with the 'grills" are fugly and wearing the pants the way they do continues to promote the prison wear( which is where the lowering of the pants etc came from. In prison the lower the pants were was an indication of the persons willingness to participate in sexual activity)
Li'l Wayne with his 2 tattooed tears ( which in prison circles indicates how many people you killed) is not someone to be crazy over.
