A little under $1,000 USD. I just bought a Latitude D630 for work for $936 USD.... wide screen, extra long life battery, 1GB RAM, 80GB Hard Drive, Core 2 Duo, Vista Home Premium, DVD/CD burner.

It's hard to say seeing that you really haven't specified your requirements that much but in Greece a laptop like that would range from 900 to 1600 euro dollars
