Stress could definitely be delaying ovulation, or your periods. Stress can also cause you to feel tired and emotional and can even make you feel nauseous or ill. Sometimes I worry or stress so much I feel sick to my stomach.
There's a small chance you are pregnant, though. I've heard of some women not registering positive on a pregnancy test until a couple of months into the pregnancy.
Hope you solve the mystery soon. All the best to you.

It could be stress causing this. But you could be pregnant. With my current pregnancy I had all the symptoms and I kept taking tests and they all kept comming up negitive! I couldnt get a positive result until five days after my period was supposed to come. I would wait a few weeks and test again. Hope this helps and good luck!

Stress can cause a missed or late period as well as making you tired and wanting to cry alot. Did you pass all this info along to your doctor as well? I would say wait and see what happens this next month, if you don't have a period, have another test and get a check up

stress can often lead to missing a period, stress can also cause you to be moody, emotional and it can make you ill. i wouldn't worry it doesn't sound like the test was wrong, I've had a few friends who have thought they were pregnant and found out it was stress, just try and calm down, take some time to yourself if you can, relaxation is the only way to feel better.

Why are you still so unsure you are NOT preg. If your unsure about why you missed a period it's probably because you did not ovulate that cycle. No biggie just get an ovulation kit so that you know when you ovulate next month if your trying!

It could just be stress causing you to miss your perioed but if you are uncertain then go get another test. False negatives do happen! Hope you get the result you want!

Are you on birth control pills? Birth control pills makes your period change into 2 month's late or so. If you want to make sure, buy another pregnancy test.

Could be stress. If you took a urine test at the doc, ask for a blood test to be sure if you want.
