how do i get bigger arm muscles..i want big arms they are 10inches round.

haha well at 15 good luck but do curls and close handed bench pressing and those things that look like nut crackers but are for exercise...the most effective way would happen to be the dumbest....steroids....but dont do em they arent worth it....trust me....haha but ya and umm u can do push ups and pull ups and box and when you go running carry weights and do curls with them the whole time u run or walk...the more weight u do the more muslce ull build but if u want enduance do lighter weights and do more of them

i would do push ups nothing beats a good old fashipn push up i do 20 a day you should start of small with like 5 or 10 then eventually do more.

curls will do it. Start with a lighter weight, say 5-8 pounds and do curls, sets of 10 with 10 reps, for one week, then go to 10-12 lbs for a week, and increase weekly. Preacher curls are best cuz they are better on the elbows.
