I don't doubt it. If he can stay healthy and play with American League team and become a DH, I think he has a chance of getting 700! He just needs to be a DH and play the field. But yes, he is only 37, Bonds is 42 and he has 751. Griffey has a good chance of 700 before he calls it quits, he will pass 650.

I think he can hit alots more than 650 before he retire. I'd say more like 700, if lets say he play like 4 more year, he's not that old you know if Barry Bond can play till he's in his late 40s why not Griffey. Oh waits Bond use steroids to break the record.

650 will be an easy shot for jr, i would ask the question to be 700 or possibly a run at 756 (bonds wont break record)

I think it depends on whether he has another great year next year. If he does and stays healthy, he may almost be there and, who knows, could stick around for 700. If he gets 600 this year, but gets hurt next year it my be tempting to hang it up. I want to see him stay healthy, stick around and get the all time record.

Well, he has 563 right now and if he stays healthy I think he could have at least 3 more 30 HR seasons. I like him alot so I hope he does!

I'd wait for him to get to 600 first. He should've been there in 2004.
