I was told by my doctor it was safest at like 4-5 months. The first few months are the most dangerous for miscarriages and the last trimester is of course a little too far along then to be safe.
You should easily be able to find a doctor that will agree with the miscarriage being so high risk the first few months and get him/her to write something saying so for you. It truly is risky...I'm sure people have done it and been fine but if they were a likely candidate for miscarriage I'm certain they would probably have stayed.

It's totally safe to fly while pregnant. Some airlines restrict women flying close to their delivery date, though, just in case they go into labor away from home.
Many doctors (including mine) even allow travel during the last trimester. The key is to stay hydrated and move around as much as you can for good blood circulation.
All the best to you and baby!

I'm assuming you don't want to hear this, but the only time I think there are restrictions on flying are during the third trimester. I think it's perfectly fine in the first. You are not wanting to be allowed to go back home? I honestly have never heard of people getting pregnant to stay in the country, before...I've only heard of marriage for that reason. Hmmm...that's a new one by me.

You can travel on a plane. If you are trying to stay where you are, pregnancy is not a disability. Most disabilities don't prohibit air travel. Unless your doctor says you are high risk and need special care that cannot be provided at home, you'll have to go. Sorry.

The big concern for doctors is the drastic pressure changes.
If you have a health an normal pregnancy you and your baby will be fine.
I believe doctors will allow travel until the last trimester

Unless a doctor advises you otherwise, it's allowed by the airlines for you to travel up to 7 months pregnant. After that, you are not supposed to travel by air.

My wife flew when she was 6 or 7 months into the pregnancy. I would ask your doctor just to be safe, but I think you'll be fine to fly in August. Good Luck!

I flew to Sweden and to Italy this summer once I was four and 5 weeks pregnant. I was great they usually little one is excellent. The one thing that occurred was my ankles swelled up like whoa. It had under no circumstances occurred to me earlier than flying and that i was once amazed at how gigantic they received but other than that all used to be first-rate!! They usually have been lengthy flights...To Sweden used to be 6 to Italy was 2 and then house used to be 9 hours!!!

totally fine except if your dr has told you otherwise which because you are so early in your pregnacy would only be if you were high risk. i flew until i was 8 months pregnant and then my dr told me no more because of swelling and the fact that i could go into labor and be so far away from home! travel while you can...just ask the dr first!

It is safe for most women to travel on an airplane into their third trimester. Consult with your doctor if you think there's a problem, but you should be fine.
