i have a 10 gallon tank and all my guppies are getting stuck to the filter. is there any way to get them away from the filter.

Sounds like the filter is a bit too strong. i would say just turn down the filter flow ( there is usually a knob for this on the filter) or you can put a sponge filter replacement sponge over the intake of the power filter.

Just like the statement above, replace the old filter and get a sponge filter

There isn't a way to get them away from the filter, but you could get a small internal sponge filter and shut down your main filter. The sponge filter will work mechanically and biologically.

If you are trying to get them to breed, you may need a new filter like this one:

I'd put it in and having it running for a week, before you take the old filter out so it will have time to establish some good bacteria on it.

These filters are good for fry too. Good luck!

my guppies ate each other ..... i guess you could.......add a grate or somting making the tank smaller but they wouldnt get sucked into the flitter not enough pressure
