Start with hello. I mean, how can I tell you that you had me from hello if ya never say it?

That the feeder-house is first, then the auger. Then you put the blade on so that the flat part is out and then you put the die on in front of that, making sure that the notches match. Then, you put the collar on and secure it in place only until it is hand tight. Go below the feeder, there is a screw with a rod tightener. twist it as tight as you can. Then you use the plunger bar to give it a couple of good whacks and the meat grinder is ready to use!
