The only time you can find one is in a rain storm, holding a basketball in your left hand, while limping backwards up a tree. Turning around 5 times, and saying "there's no such things as raccoons, there's no such things as raccoons, there's no such things as raccoons" while clicking your red heels together...
and even then it is a rare occurrence ;-)
