have recently been hanging out with a guy and I am pretty sur that we are going to start going steady but I only have had one boyfriend before and that was the only person i had sex with. I am afraid since I am inexperienced, he will drop me like a hat. I dont know what to do. He is 19 years old and I am 17. He told me he has only had sex with one person too...but hes "hooked up with 7 girls and that he did everything but sex with them." WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!

actually, it would be illegal for you and him to have sex, since you are not 18 yet. and if you aren't 100% sure, then don't do it. you should only have sex once you are completely and utterly in love.

Ok first off you should really consider whether or not you should even have sex with him. If you can honestly say you're not sure if he'll stay with you beause you haven't been slutting it up, you probably shouldn't consider sex with him. In the case that you do start going out, that doesn't mean you have to have sex with him!

If you DO have intentions of having sex, you should tell him that he HAS to get an STD test. (and don't do anything until you see some kind of results!) Please don't risk it, especially with a guy who has hooked up with more girls than you can count on one hand. Be careful, and make sure it's something you really want. Not just because you're horny, but because you really love and care about him. If his intentions aren't the same, I would drop HIM like a hat. Any guy like that isn't worth your time.

I personally think 17 is too young to be having sex, although I am not going to say at that age I didn't do the same thing. I wonder what your bf means about "hooked up" and if he is being honest with you, just to make you comfortable. I would say hold off on being intimate with him. If he cares about you, he will understand. If you decide to go forth with your relationship, please you protection. I would hate to answer your questions about pregnancy or an STD.

Ok wow STOP: Only have sex with people you love and who love you back. And you're SURE that they love you back. If you're doubting whether or not he'll "drop you like a hat" if he finds out you're inexperienced then evidently he's into lust and not love and just you doubting is sufficient enough for you guys to wait.

If he drops you because you're inexperienced, that means he only wanted to be with you for sex anyway.

Used to be that the girls guys were seriously interested in were ones who weren't experienced, and they looked for the "experienced" girls to just have sex with.

if this guy is truly into you then he wouldn't drop you like a hat just because you haven't been slutting around town! He should be happy to have a girl that isn't going around having sex with every guy she meets! Good Luck!

No worries - guys like girls that are young and inexperienced, they get a kick out of that. But if he had to choose between you and another girl that's your age but experienced .... that's a toss-up.

while i do agree that your too young, i also no teens will do as they please so here's my solution. if you get to the point of having sex with him make sure you two communicate before during and after. while he may be telling the truth about the # of girls he's been with, the odds are is that he's lying. if he can't understand that your nervous about it then don't waste your time he only want one thing.

First of all he seems a little to expierenced for you. You don't have to have sex to be in a relationship. I suggest you don't do anything with him. Where I live he could go to jail for do anything to you becuase your under 18.
