yes or no? Is there evidence there was some sort of cover-up? Were other gunmen involved? Is the Government lying to us?

What do you believe is true? There are so many theories out there.

1. Oswald did it alone
2. The Mafia did it (2 or 3 different Mafias)
3. The Cubans did it
4. The CIA and The Mafia
5. The KKK did it
6. The Russians did it
7. The KGB did it
8. Lyndon Johnson had him killed
9. Nixon was involved
10. The Bush Family was involved

There's just so many theories. The "Magic Bullet" theory is a little hard to believe. Bullets cannot remain intact after going through two men. Tests have been done. Not ne bullet ended up the way the "Magic Bullet" looks. It looks almost pristine.

Your thoughts on this?

I don't know who shot JFK but I don't think it was OSWALD!

There is some very convincing evidence that Oswald didn't
Do it.

1. While in the Marines Oswald: was trained in the use of the M-1 rifle. Following that training, Oswald was tested in December of 1956, and obtained a score of 212, which was 2 points above the minimum for qualifications as a sharpshooter. In May 1959, on another range, Oswald scored 191, which was 1 point over the minimum for ranking as a marksman.

{Far below the ability that was needed to make the shot the killed the President}

2. Oswald was court-martial twice while in the Marines: Once for accidentally shooting himself in the elbow with an unauthorized handgun.

3. When the Soviet Union rejected his application for Soviet residency made a poor attempt at killing himself. The Soviets kept him under psychiatric observation at the Botkin Hospital. Although this attempt may have been no more than an attention-getting ruse, the Soviet government feared an international incident if he attempted something similar again.

{I do not think the Soviet Union or anyone else would use someone so unstable to be there agent for anything.)

4. Oswald attempted to assassinate General Edwin Walker.
Oswald attempted the assassination on April 10, 1963. Walker was sitting at a desk in his dining room (working on his federal income tax returns) when Oswald fired at him from less than one hundred feet (30 m) away. Walker survived only because the bullet struck the wooden frame of the window, which deflected its path, but was injured in the forearm by bullet fragments.

(Oswald was such a bad shot he missed from 100 feet away!)

5. It just happened that Oswald got a job at the Texas School Book Depository On October 20? On November 16, a local newspaper reported that President Kennedy's motorcade would be going through downtown Dallas on November 22, "probably on Main Street" one block from the Texas School Book Depository, which it would have to pass to get onto the freeway to the President's luncheon site. This was confirmed by exact descriptions of the motorcade route published on November 19

6. Do you really think Oswald could be a cool as a cucumber after shooting the President? It was the first good shot he ever got off.

I can't help but wonder why the CIA or the FBI had not kept a better eye on him, especially when the President was to visit the city that he lived a worked in. I think that if it were in this day and time they would, they might even go as far as locking him up when the President was in town.

One can't help but wonder what would have came out in the trial of Lee Harvey Oswald.

Then Jack Ruby shoots him, and latter dies.

All you really need to know about this if you want a short answer is that the House Select Committee on Assassinations did some acoustic tests from behind the picket fence in, I think, the 1970's. When compared with the recordings from the original assassination there was enough similarities to conclude that someone had to be shooting from the grassy knoll. There are scientific papers on this available somewhere on the net. I know this because I downloaded one. Two shooters = conspiracy. There you go.

As to who did it? Does it really matter? What we do know is that soon after Johnson was elected he reversed Kennedy's policies on Vietnam, and two years later the Vietnam war started after the Gulf of Tonkin incident. Does that show that the intelligence community were behind it? No, not really, but it does show that there was enough resentment of Kennedy's policies to produce a reversal of them when Johnson got in, which means he was good as dead from the moment he decided to do the right thing. The world is a scary place, and very often the bad guys are the most powerful. Been the same throughout history, right from the very first empire, and the only thing thats going to change that in this day and age is the destruction of western industrialised capitalism. But forget revolution, thats never going to happen, so forget it. Let nature itself do the necessary, because it will eventually. And if you don't believe this, start reading some books on climate change and peak oil, and then you will!

What has happened is ... some government officials collected all of the eveidence ... especially the people in Teaxs ... and well after they collected all of the evidence well they cut the film and altered the film not to show the guilty parties which are the SECRET SERVICE, the police AND THE GOVENOR OF TEXAS. IF YOU WILL LOOK AT THE FILM WELL YOU WILL SEE UNUSUAL MOVEMENTS INSIDE OF THE PRESIDENT'S LIMOUSINE. Like Roy Kellerman turning around and looking directly at the Former President and look at Jacqueline Kennedy she is looking directly at the shooter's. ... the driver and the passenger and she did not see the shot from the motercycle officer directlybehind the President.

think about this how can you shoot that president if a motercycle police is in a position to take the bullet but he does not take the bullet. The bullet entered the presidents back ... look at the projectory ... well a motercycle police is there so the bullet had to be fired by the motercycle policeman. Otherwise the motercycle policeman should have been shot.

The film shows the driver looking back into the back seat but the film does not show the actual movemnets of the driver or the passenger Roy Kellerman.

Surely the film has been doctored up to show what they wanted to show.
Look at John Connally ... watch the President hold his hands up to his neck ... is John Connally hit? No. This discredits the statement that the bullet went through the president and then entered into John Connallys body. as a matter of fact well in John Connallys own words he is facing the President and then begins to turn around to his left which would be sitting looking into the front seat and he says he was shot.

This contridicts the warren commission report.
a miscarrage of justice ...yes and a cover up .. yes and does this relate directly to our political system? Yes it does.

So in the interest of all of the people living on planet earth well ... we know that the military as well as our three branches of government are involved as well as the skull and cross bones ... the secre society. in order for the terrorism to continue well they had to take physical control of the white house. Having physical control of the White House means that you are over all of the governmen agencies.

Whom will question the police? Whom will question our judicial branch of government when our Judicial branch of government is suppose to be collecting the evidence and whom would have thought that the investigators would cover up all of the facts and well that leads to the congress ... think about this for one minute.

if the information is collected by the killers well ... all of the informatiopn is in the killers hands and then they can say to us the american people anything that sounds good.

In the interest of people's humanities to people look for yourself.

i dont have a lot of time to write this, so i'm just gonna tell ya a little story of what i have realized

7 years ago i was in Tuscon Arizona at the airplane museum-graveyard. They have JFK's original air force one (the last prop plane) on display.
While on board, our tour guide told us something interesting.

On the day of the assasination, a new Air Force One jet was to be sent to Dallas to pick up the president and others for the trip back to DC. Strangely. Johnson was siting on Air Force One to go to Dallas. This was very unusual.

So i started looking at history and somethings started piecing togetehr. so lets take a look at the days before and after the assasination

1960: the CIA, the Joint Chiefs, and the White house plan to invade Cuba and eliminate Castro. Failure in the operation becomes known as the Bay of Pigs Fiasco. The Joint Chiefs feel dishonored by their defeat.

1961: The Soviet Union places nuclear missiles in Cuba. The joint chiefs want a chance by invading Cuba to redeem themselves. JFK refuses their requests at every avenue. A blockade happens and the situation ends.

1962: Vietnam heats up and the Joint Chiefs want to keep Asia from going Communist Red. JFK does not see the need to send troops into Vietnam and refuses again to work with the Joint Chiefs on any plans.

However in comes in a new player: Vice President Johnson

Guess what: he would send troops to all these places if he was president.. he loves the military.

So, now i dont know who else might have been involed. Many people think the CIA, the mafia, the soviets, and others.

But here's my feeling of that terrible day

The Joint Chiefs and Johnson begin planning to get rid of Kennedy. But, they cant be directly linked to it. They need a assasin who has no ties that can lead to the pentagon or the white house.

In walks Lee Harvey Oswald. A Soviet turned American. He is a unknown man and a sniper. He is hired to kill kennedy.

Second question: second gunman. well who knows. Maybe there was maybe there wasnt

Mistakes: Oswald gets stupid and gets arrested.

Now, Jack Ruby

My guess: CIA operative, or someone again with no direct ties to the JC or Johnson.

They knew Oswald knew the plot. They knew Oswald could point fingers and expose the whole plot, and end any hopes of Johnson being president or the Join chiefs.

So they hire Ruby to silence him. Hince the assasination of Oswald

now i might be wrong, but everytime i look at this, it all makes sense.

It was not a big conspiracy.

Oswald did it alone. However, the Russians had been planning/trying to have JFK killed. That makes it look like they sent Oswald. And since the US could not have survived a nuclear war with the USSR, the CIA covered up any possible link with the Russian plans. As a result the CIA looks guilty because of their reputation and the inconsistencies in the cover up.

No magic bullet. The whole theory is based on assumptions and speculation that have no real basis in fact.

Jimmy "the Weisel" Frattiano claimed that Giancana (the then Boss of Bosses out of Chicago) gave the go ahead for Marcello (of New Orleans) to carry out the assassination. It involved Castro (who had a grudge after finding out the CIA was behind the Bay of Pigs Invastion) so he got a patsy (Oswald) from the Russians to carry-out the deed. Marcello's beef was a result of RFK's investigations into organized crime. To cover the link to the Mafia, Marcello had Jack Ruby (a two bit night club owner in the Marcello organization) take out Oswald to seal his lips.

Giancana's beef with JFK was his impression that JFK renigged on promises to leave the Mafia alone since he felt he pulled strings in Chicago to get him elected.

Several weeks before the assassination, Oswald met with Cuban agents in Mexico. For inexplicable reasons, the FBI agents who were following up the Cuban connection as a part of the Warren Commission investigation, were recalled

yES to all of the above lol...actually yes I think it was a conspiracy and so do most americans. If you study the Kennedys at all, they were a very powerful family and made a lot of enemys . Will we ever know the truth for sure?? No I dont think so . And I dont think that rehashing it over and over is anything but a way to keep more people busy . A great man died and so now lets let him rest in peace .

Depends on your definition of "conspiracy", (a plan or agreement formulated in secret, by two or more persons to commit an unlawful, harmful, or treacherous act).

According to Bill Bonanno (Joseph Bonanno's son) it was the Mafia. He si definitely in a position to know.

The Mafia did have the means, motive and opportunity to carry out a presidential assassination.

I have no idea who was behind it, but I have a hard time believing Oswald acted alone. I think he was just a dupe used by others. I find it odd that Ruby so conveniently killed him before they got any answers out of him.
