Oscar...but if I got with him, we'd just be mean together. Picking on everyone else. It'll be all in good fun until someone's ****ed.
Cookie Monster...who is entertaining. But I'll get sick of him too quickly. He is, after all, highly annoying.

Elmo...I don't have a thing for children.
The Count...despite being a vampire, he is in fact a dork.

i could say out of the failings you listed them being reliable is the main severe element by fact i dont be responsive to approximately every person elese yet i do count on my acquaintances for small issues like if im disillusioned and want somebody to talk to approximately issues i could desire they could have it slow for me to try this. a solid experience of humour is mostly a solid element too somebody who can continuously make you chuckle is an exceedingly solid element.
