A white noise list is comprised of people who tend to wear you out with their constant and/or irrelevant talking. It's a self-preservation coping mechanism. Anyway, how many people on your list are chronic offenders?

I can think of 2 at work.
It's why I take my headphones to work. Or take walks a few times a day.

Goodness, a lot. A lot of negative people, you have to block them out early. Otherwise they'll drag you right down you know?
