...that there was a thriving civilization living in the abandoned tunnels of major cities like new york, that somehow managed to live completely cut off from the surface world, would you be willing to go into the abandoned tunnels and look for them? If so, what would u ask them once you found them? What would you tell them about the surface world that they may not know?

Believe it or not, I would want to go. I think it'd be an amazing adventure. Just think: if that really happened their culture would be so radically different from ours. It'd be amazing. Yeah I know they might be hostile and dangerous, but screw it: "It is impossible to live if you are scared of dying."

Ok please nobody report this: I'm not on some mindless ramble I legitimately want to know you guys' opinion

Absolutely not. There were tribes in jungles in the 70's that had never been exposed to our "civilzation" and when scientists went to study them, they brought them the gifts of disease, weapons (guns) and fighting over land (property). If a society was able to exist without our input, then leave it be. The curiousity of the unknown can have an adverse affect despite the best of intentions to not change or disrupt what is being studied.

If permitted (this is their domain- I'd be a guest), I'd request to speak with the community leaders/elders. They would have the most reliable information on what resources might be needed to fulfill specific health and life-sustaining concerns. If they were willing to accept a level of assistance over which they would dictate the conditions, I'd act accordingly to see that those needs were met.

I would travel to a unknown world...It would be like Indiana Jones like. You have a very good imagination. I would tell them about the surface world. Tell them not to go. For they will be turned into Guinea pigs

"Curiosity killed the cat... good thing we're not kats?" Would be nice place or not? Who knows? Would such a place exist... I for one wouldn't want the surface to know & spoil it! Goes with a pharse "stopped the world, & got off."

Contact Social Services and any of the charities that supply food to the needy. They will be able to answer ALL of your questions.
