Any will do, but missionary is the best because it gets the sperm up farther.

Missionary position(man on top) is the best. But the following additional care should be taken. 1. keep the testes cool by washing it with cold water 9-10 times a day. 2. Abstain from sex for 10-15 days before the fertility period so that there will maximum urge to perform sex. 3. The most important thing is 'dont have sex just to become pregnant'. be normal . Do it with a free mind .

I was on top the time we conceived, but right afterwards, I lay down on my back with my legs up to my chest, my pelvis slightly elevated by a pillow, to keep the semen inside and up by my cervix. I stayed there for about a half hour. It worked for me!

on your back. Tilt your pelvis up after intercourse for 20-30 mins.
