You should try reading, "A Certain Slant of Light"
This is a little taste of what it's about:

"In the class of the high school English teacher she has been haunting, Helen feels them: for the first time in 130 years, human eyes are looking at her. They belong to a boy, a boy who has not seemed remarkable until now. And Helen—terrified, but intrigued—is drawn to him. The fact that he is in a body and she is not presents this unlikely couple with their first challenge. But as the lovers struggle to find a way to be together, they begin to discover the secrets of their former lives and of the young people they come to possess. "

You've probably read some of them but books by Joan Lowery Nixon are really great mysteries. Also try:

the Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz
Naughts & Crosses by Malorie Blackman
the Uglies trilogy by Scott Westerfeld

The Art of Happiness by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and Howard C. Cutler, M.D
Skinny B*tch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin
Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer
Woman Warrior by Maxine Hong Kingston.

Best books I ever read, and Ive read many books. The best things about these books, they are page turners, they are perfect for the plane because you will never be distracted to prefer to do anything else until you finish the book.

Stephen King is great, some of his books are too much, but I loved "Firestarter" and "The Girl who Loved Tom Gordon", also "the Langoleers" (or something like that) He's a great writer and these books have a ton of mystery.

Meg Cabot has some series under a different name.. I believe its Carroll something anyway they series' are the Mediator, 1-800-MISSING, and there is one more I can't remember. Also another good series starts with a book called the Named, it sounds weird but its good. I can't think of anymore right now... I hope that helped in some way.

Oh and Yoje's answer was good too! I read that one!

These are excellent books, both mystery & need a lot of concentration.

1. Assassini by Thomas Gifford
(Intrigues on the Vatican Bank Affair & US Mafia)

2. Presumed Innocent by Scott Turow
(True life story-legal issues on death sentence)

Hope you enjoy them.

Bye

You have probably already read it, but if not run and get it now, The Curious incident of the dog in the nighttime. You will love it if you like mystery teen books
