Earthworms have only a few ganglion cells to serve as a brain and as a result, can only ferform basic tasks like homeostasis (for it's small body) and movement. Dreaming involves several millions of ganglia cells and so only organisms with more complex nervous systems like Humans, dogs an cats (among many others) can perform such a complex task.

The simple answer I believe is no. This is due to the fact that worms in general do not posses the capability to achieve higher levels of thought. Their main purpose is defined by instinct and that generally only allows for the practices of obtaining food and the act of reproduction.

Yes. And my pet earthworm, "Archey", sometimes wakes up yelling after a bad dream.

I doubt it since their very simple central nervous system probably does not allow for such complex activity.
