Don't write checks for money you don't have and it won't matter. BOA has programs that cost 1.50 for overdrafts because they do a cash advance on your credit card so if you write a check for $1 more than you have they advance you $25 and charge 3% with a 1.50 minimum. If you link to your HELOC they transfer in the money at no charge but charge you interest on the loan mine is 8.5%.

Most banks I have dealt with charge $32. Try to keep better records in order to prevent overdrafting. I had a problem with overdrafting, i am just starting to get on track. good luck.

you should not overdraw your account... then what they charge don't matter cause it don't affect you.
