You know what I find absolutely disgusting about the Israeli Public Relations in events like this , NEVER do they put their hand up & say it could be the fault of their People !
They always trot out some smooth talking official , usually with an American accent , & then start shifting blame &/or responsibility !
It's as if all human life other than those belonging to either the Jewish state or Jewish faith is of a lesser value & easily disposable !
Shame on those who support this type of apartheid !

I remember reading her story long ago. Sadly it is repeated over and over with different names, different faces, and similar circumstances and details.
However, I don't think it's right to blame everything we are going through on foreign enemies and so called conspiracy theories. A great deal of our troubles we bring upon ourselves. Until we learn to be united and to stop fighting one another, we have only ourselves to blame.
It is not just our leaders and the dirty intricacies of politics. Just look at the way we behave towards each other here on YA.

There were some really mean answers to this question, but apparently some of the people regretted their answers and deleted them later. Anyway, this is just a small example of what I mean about us bashing each other. Then we complain about how we are treated by the rest of the world. Some may not like this opinion of mine, but personally I believe it's true.

the amazing fact is that the Americans have not asked an investigation from the israeli.
have we forgot how many Palestinians have been killed and what about the Egyptians soldiers without weapons in 1967 war.
has Egypt government forgot them?

They'll do anything to make themselves look innocent.
A couple of UN peacemakers were killed in the Lebanon war too. Of course, that was, like Rachel, a "mistake", which they didn't apologize for, like all the other "mistakes" they made.
