Sometimes I have a hard day and I can't make myself cheerful but I try to be stronger and look for the happy things going on. I know that sounds like the advice you get when you aren't happy, but if you really try it works.

I love 2 b happy!!! I know that little things make me happy so I use that one :) I do things I like & I buy myself stupid small things that make me happu... I buy presents 4 friends... I do unplanned things for the day...
I am very happy 2day cos I finally decided 2 give this day 2 myself & relaxed, took a long bath, used the bodylotion I loved, had some delicious wattermellon ;) & finally - I couldn't stop smiling when a friend of mine send me a small present - a butterfly for my belly button! :)))
The day ain't over yet!!! :))))

Mostly I am content to be merely enjoying life. Occassionally Someone will give Me a hug, and then I am happy. Big HUGS straight back at You !

I like being happy, but sometimes I like to be sad aswell. Keeps things balanced. You cant be happy all the while
