Yes....The constitution stipulates that you have to be at the age of 25 in order to be a Congressperson. You need to be 30 in order to be a Senator and 35 to be President.
It's funny, but I am drawing a blank about the constitutional age for a supreme court justice. I can be challenged, but it seems to me there is not an age stipulation for that.

they have to be 25 and a naturalized American Citizen - meaning may be foreign born but a citizen when elected - same with the Senate but the age is 30 -- President must be 35 and born American Citizen - (the Govornator of California can not run for Pres )
