My moped is a Roketa Sicily50cc. Right now the tires are at about half the 36PSI max, or a little lower, yet they feel firm. I just want to know if I should fill them some more.

inflate them to whatever PSI they are supposed to be. Under-inflation will ruin your tread much faster, and over inflation will reduce your stopping time.

Under inflating will affect maneuverability, cause stress due to overheating, irregular wear of tread, tire failure, and sometimes loss of control.

The tires on your Roketa Sicily SCOOTER should be inflated to 30 PSI front and 32 PSI rear.

at full pressure,it will reduce the rolling resistance of the tires, making it run a little faster, but it ride a little rougher.lower pressure may make it ride smoother but 18 psi will hurt the tires if you run it long.biggest killer of tires is underinflation.
