Party politics, the bane of America. When a politician from either party starts disregarding the constitution, it's time for him/her to go. I thought they were supposed to uphold the constitution first and foremost?

It is unethical, Un-American, and only a scumbag would do it. Sadly, it is probably not treason because of our freedom to publicly show disdain for our flag, the constitution, or anything else.
Just keep voting for no incumbents and short term limits. It is the only way to get rid of professional politicians and reduce the power of special interests.

No...It's not feasible to place party politics before protecting the republic. It's almost an impossibility for perspective dictates the view of the party, the view of the republic, the view of the politics, and the view of treason. There must be some form of party affiliation for collective efforts reap much better results than individual attempts at any endeavor. It certainly doesn't need to pertain to the two major political parties your narrow minded question refers too. You've limited your own posit by a prejudiced attempt to limit the society's to your own claustrophobic musings.

No, not treason. We are just playing into the hands of those who wish to shred our constitution. We need to wake up and unite back under our constitution and rid ourselves of elements of our system who operate outside our government. One example would be, find the law which requires us to pay income taxes? How come the Federal Reserve, a private bank which controls Americas money, has never been audited? I can't post this video enough by Aaron Russo, this information has to get out. Watch it!

The majority politicians, no matter what their political affiliation is, play the party politics game instead of putting America first. Some average Americans also play this game, also.

look, its no longer that republicans or democrats are incorrect and enforcing incorrect policies, or events happening the drain. whenever you're in positions of potential like the democrats at the instant are, and the republicans have been till now, there are issues that prevalent civilians dont additionally be responsive to approximately that they could desire to handle. Im no longer some weird and wonderful conspiracy freak however the government does handle issues that are fantastically extreme up there. as quickly as you initiate discovering approximately those deep darkish grimy issues that politicians could desire to handle, the interest transformations and you may desire to alter your policies. Politics is a grimy interest, and each from time to time you quite do what you may desire to do.

Read the Republican National Committee platform. Looks allot like Nazi Germany in the 1930's.

Sadly, no.
Treason is raising arms against the country, or providing assistance to those who have engaged in armed revolt or invasion.
Inaction, even when it results in the same damage, is not treason. It's just cowardice./
