99 Saturn SL2 Vibration Dampener Removal?

Question

I am trying to remove the bolt which holds the Vibration Dampener to the crank shaft. The pulley is blocked to prevent it from turning but I am having great difficulty in removing the retaining bolt.

I have assumed that this bolt is a right hand thread..... Can someone confirm if this is in fact so...

You are correct. It has standard threads.
It's just very tight, and they may have used locktite.
