I didn't hear it, myself. But I would assume they were discussing the possibility that we would have a revolution of some sort, or perhaps be over-run by some other country. Many people say things like that when they want to sound an alarm. What they really mean is that we are in danger of changing beyond recognition; changing into something else. And indeed we are: there is always that risk. But they are advocating some sort of change, you say. Who is to say exactly what would constitute a change "beyond recognition?" My own feeling is as long as we hold onto the Constitution, complete with Amendments, we are the same country, even when we are not living up to those rules as well as we should be. Mine is a sort of contract theory of government.

I assume that what they were talking about was, with your ( the usa's ) , current situation of terroist threats etc, the possibility of being bombed, invaded, taken over by another country etc is highly likely if the current situation continues.

Supposedly, it's the year that the world comes to an end. We all need to say the Rosary daily. Pray for us.
