The best free coupons right now are from the FSE(Fremont Street Experience) - Just go to their offices at 425 Fremont - they are on the second floor of the parking garage next to Walgreens. Show an out of state ID.
$10 Free play at both the Golden Nugget & Binions

There are some free play & other coupons in the free LV magazines, which are in your room or the hotel gift shop.
$10 free play - Binions
$10 free play - Sam's Town
etc
Silverton is offering $20 free play for new slot club members
Stratosphere - Will give you their funbook with your out of state ID >It's the only one I know of
If you're really into 2-4-1 coupons and other LV freebies
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com >check out their POV
or the
American Casino Guide
To get a hotel's funbook you will either need to be staying there or have a coupon(generally). It's not worth the time to check with 50 casinos to maybe get 2 free funbooks.
We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years. We just returned from a month long stay in LV(6/4 - 7/5) We purchase 2 each of the LVA's POV and the ACG - they are both worth far more than the cost.

The best value buffets are not on the strip.
The strip is for tourists that don't have transportation to get off the strip, and are a captive audience for the overpriced meals. Way overpriced IMO.
Locals eat off the strip.
Try the Orleans, Silverton and Main Street Station (Downtown) for great value buffets, AND you can get 2 for 1 coupons for the buffets by oredering a book called
AMERICAN CASINO GUIDE 2007 Edition. (Author Steve Bourie) Available on Amazon, eBay etc. Coupons good until Dec '07, also good for some shows and a few casino bets.
You need to go downtown and get the FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCEfun book coupons for a Main St 2 for 1
It's well worth the cost of the book if you are going to LV for 3 or 4 days or more. LOADS of great coupons in this book.
Silverton Lunch Buffet is $9.95 and 2 for 1 in the book, amazing meal for 2 for $10 !!
Others are $15 max, but 2 for1's are in the book.
You need a car to get off the strip for Silverton or Orleans, but you can take a bus downtown for Main Street Stn.
The book is WELL worth the cost if you are there for a few days with a car. Have Fun !

I second the recommendation on the Las Vegas Advisor's coupon book. It'll cost you about $20 for the book, but there are tons of coupons for places all over in it. If you're into spas, the 50%-off coupon for the Palms spa is way more than worth the price of the entire coupon book. (And you don't have to stay at the Palms to use the coupon.)

I liked the one from the Stardust, they even had those books laying around in the shops so you could grab one and use the coupons right there and wouldn't have to go looking for them. When I last went to the Stardust, they had great coupons for the leather-themed gift-shop (a free wallet which I still use, a percentage off any purchase that was very generous) and other stores downstairs. It might have been changed though because I last stayed there in 2004.
