If I have order forms and want to put my information on it, is there something that works through three or four layers of carbon paper? I rather do something easy then write on each sheet.

Ordinary rubberstamps wouldn't work, but I suppose you could try to get a stamp made that was stiffer than rubber.... e.g., metal or wood. Then to force the stamped image through paper and "carbon paper" (depending on which type you're using and how thick it is) you could put the pile onto a hard surface, then press down hard with the stiff stamp and kind of wiggle it... that should make enough of a mark to be seen. It won't put color onto the first copy though unless you also "ink" the stamp, or put a piece of carbon paper over that top sheet.

I didn't know anyone was still using "carbon paper!"... or are you using that type of paper that automatically creates a carbon copy underneath it?

You could also have the forms made so they have the info already printed on them, or just have some with the info and some without so you could have options.

No, you have to stamp each sheet, one at a time.
You don't have to "write" on each sheet, you just have to stamp them.
