THat would not work here in the United States. There are too many pervy men like Calvinspettiger who would go out of their way to commit a crime just to get the punishment....

Our sherrif Joe Arpaio from Phoenix AZ would probably love that. He strict on everything and the people in his jail get to wear pink anyway. Pink Boxers that is but if public spankings were legal I'm sure that he'd do it.
