Well, since the idle is computer controlled, and it feels like it's misfiring, you probably have a defect in the ignition system. Perhaps you need plugs, or wires. Pull a spark plug and look, how long since you have done a tune up? Maybe it's time.

Look and listen for a vacuum hose that may have come disconnected from the intake manifold and alowing the engine to suck raw air and cause a misfire.
