People like to listen to radio and television that shares their views. It's not spoon-feeding thought manipulation, it's being in the company of friends.
We "feel" the same way you do, when we are subjected to CNN and the networks.

I don't want to destroy this nation and no I don't receive that much of my news from Talk Radio and Fox because I check so many sources and double check through the Internet for details. But I am sure I would rather get all my news from those two sources than those who get them from Comedy Central and people like Jon Stewart or from sources like Bill Mahrer and Chris Matthews or the Huffington Post at other outlets. I know the areas I disagree with Rush, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and where they go out on the limb. But today I know of many who go to a comedy channel or the above mentioned for their only source of news. I think that is more dangerous to the future of the country.

Why do some people like you come in here supposively asking a question when they are really just making a statement infact not so much a statement than an insult?

I mean really how is anyone going to take a stance saying they are absolutely right and others are absolutely wrong? infact you must be somewhat unstable or slightly crazy to think you know everything.

I dont and wont take sides with the left or the right because they both have their pros and cons but really %90 of it just seems like a day time soap opera to me, I guess Americans are simply to complacent and comfortable in their lives to have solidarity on a issue because either way left or right, you will still live the life your living and you will still be the same person.

It will take an event of great concequences to unite a people (kinda like when 911 happened most americans had the same thought in mind, Payback) on the same topic or issue, oneday whether near or far in the future everything wont be peachy as it is now and we as americans wont have time for all this BS this is when a Nation shines and infact in our history this is when faced with great strife and dim outlook of the future our nation has shined brighter than any other in history.

Whether you are left or right or even in the middle just rememer where you are from and what you are an American and be proud of it.

Have a nice day. weirdo

I've learned to take everything with a grain of salt and tend to skip past most of it. On my way to work, I do listen to Neal Boortz, who is a Libertarian and I like the guy.

There is one program that I do tune into when I can and it's called "Constitutional Americans". It's local and unfortunately they don't have a web site. It's a weekly show and every week, they hone in on a specific topic that demonstrates where we as a country are headed and the evils that lurk underneath. Frankly, it's frightening to listen to, but they back themselves up with proof and not rhetoric.

Our Constitution and rights as citizens has all but been destroyed and they point it out. It's too bad that this isn't a national program because it's well worth listening to.

BTW, it's not just the 'neocons', it's a collective group that encompasses most of those who are in power today. They've sold us down the drain.

If anyone is interested, email me and I'll give you the site to the radio station. You can tune in on Monday evenings.

It bothers you to hear a different point of view than the leftist tripe doesn't it? You're a typical liberal. Everyone who doesn't agree with your ideology is simply wrong. Some of us don't need to be educated. We can see plainly what is going on in this country with the socialists and communists pushing it down that dead end road. The noisy people on the left have gotten their own way long enough. Start your own talk radio and watch CNN. Stop having your leftist hissy fits and get a life.

Since politics is really nothing more than differing ideologies, there is no such thing as "educating" someone on it. Commentators such as those found on talk radio and FOX merely provide information, viewpoints, and perspectives. I know you would like to think that conservatives are a bunch of "mind-numbed robots," but statistically, the demographics of fans of the more popular shows are pretty impressive. But the bottom line is...We hear what the commentators have to say, process what we hear and draw our own conclusions.

Not "feel" but choose using logic and facts... Not educate.... inform... Getting all your information only from the MSM gives you a totally one sided and skewed view of reality. If it wasn't for talk radio and the Internet informing the public what was actually in the Amnesty Bill it would have certainly passed and the North American Union would be much closer to a reality. If you really want to live in MexAmerCan continue to "feel" and ignore facts.

I was joking sweetie. Although talk radio is very informative. I love the Michael Medved show.

In addition, I read the National Review, Washington Times, WSJ. I watch a ton of C-SPAN and the BBC.

When I am not sick to my stomach, I will tune into 167 on XM Radio. That is "Radio LEFT". Randy Rhodes et al....

Oh please! After 3500 hours of radio programming (back to 2005) is this all you have? have you ever even heard of attitude? you like hate speech? bypass hear to the dirt spewed out of the top of a bullhorn at a white supremest rally. it is hate. people who intend to make a factor, will placed up the ugliest examples of hate they could locate, no longer the weakest. The word "hate" certainly has a which capacity. it isn't any longer basically a label you slap on someone whose attitude you do no longer accept as true with with a view to brush aside or discredit them and it is unquestionably no longer an excuse to get them off the air. additionally, in case you DO locate one morsel of hate speech, you decrease your criticism to the guy who pronounced it, no longer utilising that as an excuse you may desire to condom a collection. the only valid score moron out of this group is Ann Coulter. Do what I do, I turn her off and bypass back to gazing/listening to Beck or Rush. look at why you may desire to paint those human beings the way you do. what's it approximately of their messages (granted Rush bloviates slightly) you do no longer prefer to hearken to nor evaluate? Why are they actually a probability to you?

Because they offer the TRUTH to the Legal Citizens of the USA. They offer both sides of the STORY, and left us decide the TRUTH.
This is unlike YOUR Liberal Left Controlled Media which HIDES THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY, and LIES ABOUT WHAT THEY CALL THE TRUTH.
It if were not for Fox and Conservative Talk Radio, WE, the American People would be BRAINWASHED by ONE SIDED NEWS.
