Hi, ok i think we all have our share of good and bad luck. Thankfully i believe im quite lucky most of the time. When i look back on some of the things ive done in my past, if bad luck was with me id proberly be dead now or disabled in some way.
MY EXAMPLES:-
When I was 12, i went sledging in the snow with some of my mates. Four of us thought it would be great fun to sledge down this enbankment. What we didnt know at the time was there was a busy road right at the bottom of it!!! One of my mates sledged straight into a guy on a motorbike. My mate was injured (the motorbike guy too). No one was killed. My other two mates skimmed across the road missing cars by only inches. I was last to go down the hill and somehow my sledge got caught on something and as ithe road appeared in my sight i was able to slow it down and leap off it. Good job too as when my sledge hit the road a car went right over the top of it. If id stayed on it id be dead. NEVER WENT SLEDGING AFTER THAT. No one was hurt seriously.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE
When i first past my driving test at 17, the next few years between 17 and 20 i lost count of how many accidents i had. No one was ever hurt, yet my cars were always a TOTAL right off.
LAST EXAMPLE
Two years ago me and my partner were mucking about in my woods and i got this stupid idea into my head it would be fun to climb a tree like i used too when i was ALOT younger. The tree i picked was actually on a slope, it had been raining lots recently and this day was the first dry day we had had. I started to climb and as i got about half way up one of the branches i grabbed snapped! I fell straight out of the tree, hit the branch underneath me and landed half way down the slope on my face. Apart from a twisted ankle and a few cuts and bruises i was fine. I could of broken my neck!!!
As for any other sort of luck, job wise ive always achieved everything ive put my mind too.

Everyday I wake up breathing means one more day I get with my husband and children---H E L L yes I am lucky!!! I have the most wonderful family a woman could ask for!!! I have money in the bank, a house, and awesome friends!!! I know that I am THANKFUL everyday too, because I have MUCH to be thankful for!!!

yes. But I don't actually believe in luck per se. I just think that I always look for good things to happen and when they do, it confirms my perception that good things are always happening. Also my birthday is 7-11 which my mom always told me made me a lucky girl. So it's a combination of what I've been told about myself and what my perception is.
I have never won a lottery, but seems like good things are always happening to me.

Yes, I am. I think it has to do with attitude and faith. When I had a positive attitude, my life seemed charmed. My life seemed to be led in directions that were perfect for me, career wise, etc...
But when I lost my faith, was angry at God, and with the world, my life changed. Little by little, I lost everything. I won't go into the devastation of it all. But when I turned myself and my life around, things began to get so much better.
It was like stepping out of a cold, rainy night into a brilliant spring day filled with breezy warmth that sweeps you up and carries you away!
I would say that faith and attitude are everything... at least, for me.

I think I'm pretty lucky- I have a good hubby that loves me- beautiful kids- good parents, can't really ask for much.
