You could weigh it. Weigh the container first. Then weigh the container and the fluid, subtracting the container weight to get the answer you are looking for.
Or, you can calculate it. Volume of the fluid * density of the fluid. You would have to know the density.

I cc of water weighs 1 gram.
600 cc of fluid will therefore weigh AT LEAST 600 grams unless the fluid is oil based and likely to be lighter than water.

1) get the amount of the same liquid and weight the container empty then with the liquid in it
2) put them on a scale?
3) ask the Dr. that put them in - bet he has a pair that have not been inplanted yet
