The luggage and equipment would be carried on an airplane, of course. That's pretty ridiculous that you have to ask the question here cause you didn't see the answer on TV. It's pretty obvious.

Teams use separate planes to take their equipment to other cities. Say the Braves are in San Diego and have to go to Los Angeles next. Since the trip is not that far, they would probably rent a truck to take the equipment to Dodger Stadium. Long distances would usually require flying.
