Except for wind falls, any great fortune is not easy to come without some mischief or unorthodox or non ethical means. The usual clever way is to circumvent ,twist or take advantage of the loopholes in the existing social or legal systems .Take for example the Income Tax.In some countries evasion of income tax is an offense but avoidance is not.IT may not be ethical but since it is legal,it has be accepted.

Not really. The bigger the fortune you aquire, the more poor will people starve because you didn't help them. That's sort of like mischief.
Now go sit in the corner and think about what an evil capitalist you are :P
