You didn't say whether you and your Friends were girls. Form memory boys confronted each other and sorted it out, but the girls tended to deal with things in a long drawn out way, which meant things festered and grew worse. Talk to them and if it carries on then walk away as they are not your friends.

At thirteen everyone is trying to learn who they are and how to be someone who others will like. Unfortunately, some people do not know how to stay true to themselves when others have different opinions. These are the 2 faced people usually. They are learning and they hurt others like you while they are learning how to be true. Sometimes they don't learn quick enough for you to keep being their friend. If someone acts 2 faced once...give then a chance. Tell them that you feel they were not loyal to your friendship. Tell them you forgive them BUT you expect them to not ever do it again. Be clear, not mad. If they act in this way again. Don't bother to tell them. They know they did it. Just stop being with them. I know it will be hard to find another friend but what you want is a true honest friend NOT someone who will do this again and again. Honest friends are out there everywhere, you just need to keep your eyes open. A hint on how to find them is, if they talk about others with bad stuff and are mean, those are the wrong people. Also check yourself, are you one of those people? If you are, the only people who will hang with you are people like you. It makes them think they are OK to act and say bad things because you are doing it too. Watch what people DO.. NOT what they say they do.

Just make sure you have solid proof and then confront them. If they talk behind your back that means they are not your friends. Unfortunately when you're a teenager it happens often because some of them want to be in the " GOOD " crowd whatever that means and they will go behind your back to be able to do it. they will probably also realize after a while that friendship is more important then being popular, but then again it depends on the kids. Just get rid of them and try to make some friends that are actually worth being call your friends.
Good luck

Ignore dem. 2 faced people are dat way cuz they want attention...i've dealt with many so called "friends" dat were 2-faced also. Dey have serious self esteem problems. So cut them outta ur life and hold ur head up high knowing ur not this way =] And if dey confront u let dem know u dont asociate wit 2 faced haters.

If they are being two faced then I'm afraid that they cannot be considered to be friends and it's time you started looking for some new ones. Hard I know but you need to be able to trust your friends in this world.

ignore them and don't call them your friends; which they are not your real friend baby girl. lots of people will come through your life. some will stay and some will go. some will be there for you and never talk behind your back. you'll find out that who are your true friends. just simply remove yourself from them.

just don't contact them any more, ignore their calls, don't open the door to them, tell them you have better things to do than hang out with 2 people who cant be trusted...they are not friends if they are two faced, choose new friends and don't invite them to do anything with you any more....

Gosh, when I was 13-14, I didn't even know what people with two faces are.

Now, I know and I just ignore them and NOT call them my friend

Why are friends with people who are two-faced? If you don't like how they act, but are friends with them anyway isn't that being two-faced yourself?

Perhaps you need to rethink your friends and find some new ones before they drag you down with them.
