What is "Complete Knock Down" and "Semi Knock Down" in reference with two wheeler import in india?

I wish to import a bike to india in complete knock down or semi knock down condition to get advantage of reduced duty structure, for which i need to know exactly which parts of the bike shall be dis-assembled so as to term the bike as CBU or Semi CBU by the customs.

THe best would be to ask at the customs authorities where you will import the bike or check with the shipping company which will do the transport. They use to have good contacts with the customs people and they should be able to help you.
