Right now it's july 14,07 9:02am. or 16:02 UTC (Coordinated universal time) which an atomic time standard.
For a more meaningful reference it's GMT -7:00 hours because it's daylight savings time. Otherwise it is the pacific time zone at GMT-8:00

That all depends on where you live. If you live in the US and in the eastern time zone they are three hours behind you, the central time zone two hours behind you, and mountain time zone one hour behind you and if you live in the pacific time zone they are the same time as you. You can look up the time zones for the US online.
