Why the hurry? I used to be always Russian around the house trying to get things done. Now I just relax and let things happen at their own pace. I used to be afraid to relax. I was a real Chicken Kiev. Now I have learned to mediate. I spend ten minutes every morning breathing deeply and repeating the mantra, "Omsk."
