I am a positive person, always trying to look at the bright side of things. The negative thought only come into play when I'm around negative people. I try to stay away from them, they refuse to look at the bright side and are not happy people at all.

Nope. I don't have that strength. One thing that kills my negative thoughts is if i think spiritually. I know it's going to sound like a Bible group, but if i think about, philosophical things like, why i am here etc. i tend to think that i am here to get to this goal etc. and think positive about it. But it only works if i feel negative about my goals. There is just one person who really attempts to kill my negative thoughts and he does a great job; my boyfriend.
