Is this graphic card good(in term of playing games such as mmo's)? and is there any way to update it?
If no can anyone recommend me the best(or the good) graphic card.

That is a SLOW and outdated graphics card.
Cheap options= ATI 9600 Pro or Geforce 7300GS AGP
Better options= ATI X1650 Pro AGP or 7300GT AGP
Fast but expensive options= ATI X1950 Pro ro Geforce 7950GT AGP.

FX5200 is not a very good gaming card.
If you have one it can play games because it has DX9 but it is a slow, old video card so not wonderful. On its PLUS side, it is still faster than integrated video AND it will have colour correction to make video's look better. So, I'm not saying its crap but....
It is old, really old.
If you are looking to buy a video card it would be on my "are you nuts???" list. There are three video card slot types: PCI, AGP, and PCI-x. If you have PCI then the Nvidia 5200 doesn't totally stink because it is one of the better cards you can put in it. However, if your computer only has a PCI slot your machine is old and slow and not for playing new games.
If you have an AGP slot you can get an Nvidia 6200 card for the same price and it will be a much more capable card, so why pay more for less power? Of course, an Nvidia 7300 or 7600 are even better video cards but cost more money (I think worth it but my opinion only).
If you have a PCI-x slot then I don't even think you can get an Fx5200 and an Nvidia 8400 is a cheap ($65) choice that can give you better graphics and way more horsepower than a 5200. Of course an 8600GTS ($200) would be an awesome midrange card but the difference between even the lowly 8400 and the 5200 is so huge the 5200 really looks old and frumpy by comparison.
As for updating the card, best you can hope for is using the latest drivers. Using the latest drivers with ANY video card ensures it works at its fastest possible and usually gives better compatibility with games and such.
You COULD overclock your FX 5200 but the question "why bother?" comes to mind. Even at stock speeds it is better than integrated graphics and will make your picture look better. Even overclocked it will not give you much better performance.
Summary:
If you have it, use it but don't expect too much.
If you are looking to buy one, stay away, there are better options out there.

rather an old graphics card, probably good for only old games or games that need some kind of graphics card only.
Any number higher than 5200 is better, the higher the number the better and newer the card. But the 7300 recommends a power supply of at least 450 watts, and the newest 9900 needs a 650 watt power supply, and the 9900 costs well over 500 US dollars.
look around. The 7300 is a good card right now, and not so expensive.

Geforce fx 5200 is out of date, and it is not ready for any heavy duty 3D games, or not even the mid-range 3D game such as half-life 2.
the best gaming card is Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTX Ultra, and trust me, you don't want to get that because it's 600 us dollars!

The 5200 is a last gen card.
For best, you should opt for GeForce 6 series or above (e.g. GeForce 6600GT).
While ATi Radeon is good for budget gamers, offering good but lower performance. I recommend the X1600 or above.
